Ice Cream Acrostic Poem T1 WK2

This week T2 have been learning about writing an exciting acrostic poem.
An acrostic poem is a type of poetry where the first, last or other letters in a line spell out a particular word or phrase. The most common and simple form of an acrostic poem is where the first letters of each line spell out the word.

  1. Hi Mia,
Yummm! This poem makes me want to eat ice cream. I think you inherited your love of icecream from me. I really like how you are using phrases rather than just a word for each letter. You have also used lots of interesting pictures to make your work look attractive. Next time perhaps you could pick just one or two pictures to enhance your work so people are not distracted from your great writing. Hmm might have to go and see if there is some ice cream in the freezer!
