Shantytown trip

Yesterday my class and I went to shantytown for the day. When we got to Shantytown we were introduced by Mrs Barbour and Mrs Mears. After that we all walked into a room filled with green stone, fossils and other interesting rocks. Then we all sat in a circle and introduced our selves by presenting our mihis. 

After that started to talk about green stone what types there were and what the Maoris used it for. Then we got split into groups to walk around shantytown looking at all the trees and plants, our group had to try to figure out what trees and plants were native or not.

Then we had something to eat and a run around. After our break we were told the story of Kehu, his Wife, Pikawhati, and his Wife and Thomas Brunner. Then we walked deep into the bush were we built huts.

In my group we had Ella, Rodeshar, Royal and I. We all found the perfect spot to build a hut, it was right where there were no trees in the way and the sunlight was shining down on a old tree stump with holes so big that a person could fit in. Our group had lots of would scattered around our spot. I think our hut was the best. The other kids huts were pretty cool but ours was definitely the best.

After that we walked back to the class room and had lunch. At lunch we went into the movie theatre and watched a movie but the funny thing was that it was not a movie it was a hologram. I didn't even think holograms were real.

After lunch we walked over a creek and sat on sacks and had a church service about Christmas. We did lots of prayers and Karakias, then Royal shared the story of Mary and Joseph and how the Christmas story began. 

Then we walked back to the class and shared what we learned and what was our favourite thing about shantytown was. We said thank you and goodbye to Mrs Barbour and Mrs Mears and drove back to school.

The year is 6017 when humans were replaced by robots but somewhere beneath the ground, some humans were lurking around in underground man-made tunnels, with only worms and other bugs to eat. 11 days later 2 cheeky boys escaped from the boundaries of the secret tunnels and into the real world.

Charlie and harry tiptoed along the swaying, golden, crispy grass while it crunched between their toes. It has been four years since the first time they experienced that since the robots took over when they were five. Unanticipatedly there came a big thud and their ears were ringing like a church bell. And there towering over there little heads was a huge BIRD wait wrong story it was a dinosaur. “Hi guys my name is kade and I am going to KILL YOU! HA HA” kade lets out an evil cackle.  “Excuse me!” says charlie. Kade grabs charlie by the neck and runs away.

Kade runs all the way to his man cave and on the way, their charlie spots the old village but now it is a pile of rubble and blood because the humans were killed. Charlie started to scream like he was being kidnapped or in heaps of pain. Soon enough he got to his cave. Kade pulled out a spoon and said “I will kill you” “with a spoon” said charlie in a confused voice. “Yeah with a spoon” then kade hit charlie in the head with it but charlie just said “am I supposed to say low because that did not hurt.

Kade opened his mouth and bit charlie’s head, it came off, blood spat out everywhere on the dull grey wall made from old stone from years ago. Back in the grass harry was kneeling down crying in his hands harry crawled back to the tunnel thinking that his friend was dead when a faint voice yelled “HARRY HARRY” harry glanced behind him and saw what he thought he would never see again. “What happened” screeched harry “I tricked kade he thought that he bit my head off but it was my identical doll” “oh that doll, that's creepy, at least your back”

THE DEVILISH ANGEL
The last thing I saw was my alarm clock flashing 12:07 before she pushed her long rotting nails through my chest, her other hand muffling my screams. I sat bolt upright, relieved it was only a dream, but as I saw my alarm clock it read 12:06 and I heard my closet door creak open. Soon enough the clock striked 12:07 and the door opened almost completely and standing there was a shadowy figure almost like an angel but with a devilish and heartless smile. She glared at me with cold, snake like eyes. As she limped into my room she dragged a dead body. I screamed in horror as I realised who it was, My brother was staring back blankly at me with blood streaming out of his eyes and mouth.

The intimidating figure stood over me glaring at me with the devilish smile whispering “ Goodnight, Lochie, or should I say GOOD BYE!” I live alone so I reached for my phone to ring my girlfriend Ashley but the witch like creature grabbed my hand with her long bony fingers and she heaved my arm away from the phone and she let out an ear piercing scream. She leaned closer and I could feel her cold breath on my face so I run down stairs straight to my basement to escape through my underground tunnels “Oh wait I forgot to dig them!” I rush back up the stairs but blocking them is the creature again staring at me with those cold white snake like eyes . There are windows on the wall by the stairs I try and open it and it works and surprisingly the creature abandoned trying to stop me so I quickly jumped out and made my way to Ashley's place which is only a few blocks away.

As I run down the street I didn’t look behind me, which was a mistake. The witch was right behind me the whole time following my every move. I was in Ashley’s bed- room discussing what had happened. Half way through the story I glanced out the window and what I saw was terrifying, the witch like creature was pacing along Ashley's front yard I tried to warn Ashley what was happening, but she didn’t seem interested and just wanted to get back to bed. Suddenly the creature disappeared from the yard, unaware that the creature was standing directly behind us. I turned around to warn Ashley but I turned around just in time to see the devilish creature suck herself into Ashley. I tried to run away but Ashley grabbed me round the neck stopping me from going but also stopping me from breathing. And at that moment Ashley pulled out a steak knife and slit my neck. Deeper and deeper the knife went until it was too late… Lochie was gone.

Still to this day police still don't know who or what had killed Lochie and Ashley and what still scares them is that the devilish Angel is still out there. An evil cackle filled the house that night. Still to this day police and detectives don’t know who or what killed those two innocent people and what still worries them is that the DEVILISH ANGEL is still out there and may be planning her next murder…

Crazy story

Help! Heeelp!! "this is the end" I say. "Mum Dad help please I need you, where are my parents" "we are your parents darling" " no you're not you button eye creeps" " how dare you say that to your mother" " why are trying to sew buttons onto my eyes" " so you can be like us honey" "AHH!" I woke up to my real parents looking at me. "who are you" I say "were your parents" " oh sorry I had a nightmare about these creeps with button eyes that say they were my real parents" " oh darling that sounds like a very scary nightmare" "it was, what time is it" " it's quarter to nine, time to take a bath" " oh saga hog I'm not taking a bath instead I'm going to get something to eat. Bunga plop there's no popcorn I'll just go and get some chips then. PUNGO" " what's wrong honey" " there are no chips and no dip" " that's ok" " no it's not, go get me some dip and chips" " ok honey ill get you something special on the way home, I won't be too long bye" "bye mum" VROOM! " I'm tired I am going to have a nap mia stop talking to yourself - stop talking to yourself.

"honey I'm home" " oh hi mum did you get the chips and dip" "yes I did and I got you some new knickers" " was that the surprise" "yes it is, do you not like it" "well it's a bit unusual but I did need new ones now time to eat the chips and dip wait where are the chips" "oops I might have forgotten the chips" " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Is it wrong to fight?

Is it wrong to fight?

I think fighting has a lot of different reasons to be good and bad that's why I chose to write on both sides of the subject for example:

Fighting has to do with many different things like you could be fighting in a sport like boxing or taekwondo but these sports have rules so it is easier to control, also people train and learn how to take punches and kick. Fighting is also good if you are debating for your point of view or side of the argument. If someone tries to attack you-you could fight back for self-defence for example you could be fighting for your life and many other reasons.

Fighting is also very bad for many reasons like dog fighting. dog fighting is animal abuse and cruelty to animals. Dog fighting is where some people steal and capture dogs and make them fight. In Romania people used to train dogs to fight to the death bye making them fight and rip each other apart. People trained the dogs by stealing other dogs to train on. They put a harness or tape around their mouth so the practice dog cannot injure the fighting dog. The fighting dog kills the practice dog so it can get used to fighting another dog. They do this to get money and for human entertainment. Fighting is also bad because you could be bullying in the playground and fighting with other kids. Fighting can hurt people's feelings by making them scared and nervous around strangers.

That is why I think fighting is bad, but it can be good in some ways but not as much as bad ways.
